Salaam Clinic provides free healthcare for uninsured and underinsured individuals, an essential service that saves lives and strengthens safety net healthcare for all the underserved members of the Northeast Ohio Community. Our purpose is to help and inspire others to help.
At Salaam Cleveland, we encourage you to open up your own free clinic and give back to your community, our team is ready to provide you assistance in this regard. With all aspects taken care of by Salaam Clinic, you can confidently open your own charitable clinic in your community center. All you need to do is to get enough qualified volunteers from your community to volunteer in your clinic.

Quality Improvement, Risk Management & Credentialing
Our quality improvement program and risk management services help create and implement a comprehensive yet continuous quality improvement plan that is in accordance with the FTCA requirements as well as best practices for free and charitable clinics.
With our credentialing services, you can receive primary source credential verification either through our own administration or through a credentialing verification organization. A properly structured credentialing system is helpful for any healthcare organization, and it can prevent access to patients by rogue healthcare workers or those with doubtful or uncertain qualifications.
Legal, Compliance, and Liability Coverage
We provide a structure for all the legal and compliance aspects of healthcare, corporate and nonprofit law, such as claims management, grievance processes and procedures, contract review, etc. We implement policies and follow strict procedures to ensure that we maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
The Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) for malpractice and liability coverage.
The Federally Supported Health Centers Assistance Act of 1992 and 1995 granted medical malpractice liability protection through the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) to HRSA-supported health centers. Under the Act, health centers are considered Federal employees and are immune from lawsuits, with the Federal government acting as their primary insurer.
IT, Marketing & Communications
